WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury desires to
set salaries for its non-union employees for the 1997 calendar
year,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the following salaries are set for 1997:

Senior Account Clerk - (Town Clerk's Office) - 9.64
Clerk (Town Clerk's Office) - 13.50
Clerk (Town Assessor's Office) - 10.22
and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the daily rates for Crossing Guards and Court
Attendant for the Town of Queensbury be established as follows:
School Crossing Guard: $22 per day for normal school hours,
plus $ 8 per hour for hours worked
over two hours per day
Court Attendant: $ 9.85 per hour
$16.97 per hour paper serving
and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the fees for members of the Planning Board and
Zoning Board of Appeals be set for the year 1997 as follows, per
meeting:
Chair: $45 per meeting
Member: 35 per meeting
and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the salaries for the Chair, Secretaries, and
Members shall come from the Town's General Budget and from the
accounts designated therein for such purposes.
Duly adopted this 16th day of December, 1996, by the following
