MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OF EROSION AND SEDIMENT POLLUTION CONTROL FACILITIES PROPER MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OF EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL FACILITIES ARE NECESSARY TO THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE EROSION AND SEDIMENT POLLUTION CONTROL FACILITIES.
