RESOLUTION TO APPOINT MEMBER TO BOARD OF ASSESSMENT REVIEW
RESOLUTION NO. 18, 1997

WHO MOVED FOR ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury has previously established the
Board of Assessment Review, and
WHEREAS, the term of Charlie Yasko expired on September 30,
1996,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
re-appoints Charlie Yasko to serve as a member of the Board of
Assessment Review for a term to expire on September 30, 2001.
Duly adopted this 6th day of January, 1997, by the following
vote:
AYES : Mr. Turner, Mrs. Goedert, Mrs. Monahan, Mr. Champagne
NOES : None
ABSENT : Mrs. Pulver
