RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RETENTION OF SERVICES OF
AMTEK MANAGEMENT SERVICES CORP. (AMTEK) FOR 1997

WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury previously
retained the services of Amtek Management Services Corp. (AMTEK) to
provide various personnel consultant services during 1996, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury desires to
again retain the services of AMTEK to perform personnel consultant
services during 1997 in accordance with the terms and provisions of
the Employee Management System Agreement presented at this meeting
at a cost of $ 830 per month for twelve (12) months, plus travel
expenses at .29 per mile, for a total annual fee not to exceed
$10,000,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
approves and authorizes the retention of the services of Amtek
Management Services Corp. (AMTEK) during 1997 at a cost of $ 830
per month for twelve (12) months, plus travel expenses at .29 per
mile, for a total annual fee not to exceed $10,000, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Supervisor is hereby authorized and
directed to execute the Employee Management System Agreement
presented at this meeting, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the costs of the services authorized herein
shall be paid for from Account No. 01-1430-4400.
