RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FACILITIES MANAGER TO
REPAIR COMPUTER AT HIS RESIDENCE

WHEREAS, Chuck Rice, Town of Queensbury Facilities Manager,
has requested authorization from the Town Board of the Town of
Queensbury to remove a junked computer (inventory #3045.3) from the
Town property so that he can attempt to repair the computer at his
residence,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
authorizes Chuck Rice, Facilities Manager to remove a junked
computer from the Town premises in order to perform the necessary
repairs at his residence.
Duly adopted this 3rd day of February, 1997, by the following
vote:
