RESOLUTION SETTING FEES FOR SECRETARIES TO THE
TOWN PLANNING BOARD AND ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS

WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury desires to
set the fees for the Secretaries to the Town's Planning Board and
Zoning Board of Appeals,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the fees for the Secretaries to the Town's
Planning Board and Zoning Board of Appeals shall be $40 per
meeting.
Duly adopted this 3rd day of March, 1997, by the following
vote:
