RESOLUTION TO SET APPROPRIATIONS -
AVIATION ROAD PROJECT - PHASE II
RESOLUTION NO.: 153.97

WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION
SECONDED BY: Mr. Theodore Turner
WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury is desirous
of proceeding with Phase II of the Aviation Road Project, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury has
estimated that the total cost of the project will not exceed
$75,000, and
WHEREAS, the $75,000 funding will be provided by a transfer
from the General Fund,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury sets
appropriations and estimated revenues at $75,000 and of that
$75,000:
1. $14,900 shall be appropriated for engineering services,
Account #110-5110-4710;
2. $9,575 shall be appropriated for surveying fees, Account
#110-5110-4403; and
3. $50,525 shall be appropriated in Capital Construction,
Account #110-5110-2899;
and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
authorizes and directs the Town Comptroller's Office to make all
necessary budget transfers and adjustments.
