RESOLUTION TO APPOINT LARRY RINGER TO
TOWN PLANNING BOARD
RESOLUTION NO. 248, 97

WHO MOVED FOR ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury has previously established the
Town of Queensbury Planning Board pursuant to applicable New York
State Law, and
WHEREAS, a member of the Town of Queensbury Planning Board has
recently resigned creating a vacancy,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
Larry Ringer
appoints to serve as a member of the Town Planning
Board, effective immediately, to fill the unexpired term of David
West, said term to expire on December 31, 1997.
Duly adopted this 16th day of June, l997, by the following
vote:
AYES: Mrs. Monahan, Mr. Turner, Mrs. Goedert, Mrs. Pulver, Mr.
