RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING REVOCABLE PERMIT
TO LOCATE A MOBILE HOME OUTSIDE OF A MOBILE HOME COURT
FOR JAMES HITCHCOCK AT 373 PINELLO ROAD, QUEENSBURY

WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury regulates mobile homes outside
of mobile home parks pursuant to §113-12 of the Code of the Town of
Queensbury, and
WHEREAS, James Hitchcock filed an application for a "Mobile
Home Outside a Mobile Home Court" Revocable Permit, in accordance
with said §113-12 of the Code of the Town of Queensbury, to locate
a mobile home at property situated at 373 Pinello Road, Queensbury,
New York 12804, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury held a
public hearing on October 20, 1997 with regard to the aforesaid
permit,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
authorizes the issuance of a revocable permit in accordance with
the terms and provisions of §113-12 of the Code of the Town of
Queensbury, such permit to be valid for a period of two years.
Duly adopted this 20th day of October, 1997, by the following
vote:
