RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TOWN HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT
TO FINISH AVIATION ROAD SIDEWALKS

WHEREAS, is it necessary for the Town Highway Department to
complete the sidewalks in front of the Methodist and Catholic
Churches on Aviation Road,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
authorizes the Town Highway Department to complete the sidewalks in
front of the Methodist and Catholic Churches on Aviation Road at a
cost not to exceed $6,000, to be paid for from the Aviation Road
Capital Project Account #110-5110-4403.
Duly adopted this 20th day of October, 1997, by the following
vote:
