RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TOWN HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT
TO REPAIR DRAINAGE AT CORNER OF CLINE AND SARGENT STREETS

WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, is it necessary for the Town Highway Department to
repair drainage at the corner of Cline and Sargent Streets (off
Meadowbrook Road, near the Glens Falls City boundary line),
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
authorizes the Town Highway Department to repair the drainage at
the corner of Cline and Sargent Streets at a cost not to exceed
$2,000 and to be paid for from the appropriate drainage account,
and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that $2,000 be transferred from the Contingency
Account to the appropriate drainage account.
