RESOLUTION AMENDING 1997 BUDGET

WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury has
established a capital project for improvements and repairs to be
made on Sweet Road, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury wishes to
increase appropriations for the project,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
approves, authorizes and directs that the 1997 Budget be amended as
follows:
1. Increase Estimated Revenues in the Sweet Road Capital
Project Fund #109 in the amount of $26,400 to a total of
$98,100;
2. Increase Appropriations in the Sweet Road Capital
Project Fund #109 by $26,400;
3. Transfer $14,545 from Engineering-Misc. Contractual
Account No. 001-1400-4400 to Transfer to Other Funds -
Sweet Road CP Account No. 001-9950-9109; and
4. Transfer $11,000 from Sidewalks - Contractual Account
No. 001-5410-4400 to Transfer to Other Funds - Sweet
Road CP Account No. 001-9950-9109.
Duly adopted this 20th day of October, 1997, by the following
vote:
