RESOLUTION SETTING PUBLIC HEARING
ON PROPOSED LOCAL LAW NO. __, 1997
A LOCAL LAW TO AMEND CHAPTER 113 OF THE CODE OF
THE TOWN OF QUEENSBURY ENTITLED, "MOBILE HOMES"
TO AMEND, REVISE AND/OR ADD CERTAIN PROVISIONS THERETO
RESOLUTION NO. 382, 97

WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, at this meeting there has been presented for adoption
by the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury, draft Local Law No. __
of 1997 entitled, "A Local Law to Amend Chapter 113 of the Code of
the Town of Queensbury Entitled, 'Mobile Homes,' to make a minor
amendment concerning notification to the Zoning Board of Appeals
Chairman and to amend the mobile home fees, and
WHEREAS, such legislation is authorized pursuant to §10 of the
New York State Municipal Home Rule Law and Article 16 of the Town
Law, and
WHEREAS, prior to adoption of said Local Law, it is necessary
to conduct a public hearing,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury shall
meet and hold a public hearing at the Activities Center, 742 Bay
Road, Queensbury, Warren County, New York, at 7:00 p.m., on the
20th day of October, 1997, to consider said Local Law No. of 1997
and to hear all persons interested on the subject matter thereof
concerning the same to take such action thereon as is required or
authorized by law, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Clerk of the Town of Queensbury is
hereby directed to publish and post the notice that has also been
presented at this meeting concerning the proposed Local Law No. __
of 1997 in the manner provided by law.
