RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CONTRACT WITH THE
IACA WORLD AWARENESS CHILDREN'S MUSEUM

WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury is desirous of entering into a contract with the
IACA World Awareness Children's Museum, and
WHEREAS, a Contract has been presented at this meeting,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Supervisor is hereby authorized and directed to execute
the Contract set forth above, and
BE IT FURTHER
RESOLVED, that payment due on said Contract be paid from account 001-8989-
4400 (Community Services).
