RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT BID FOR 1998 OFFICE SUPPLIES
RESOLUTION NO. 476.97

WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION
SECONDED BY: Mrs. Carol Pulver
WHEREAS, the Director of Purchasing for the Town of
Queensbury, Warren County, New York, duly advertised for bids for
specified office supplies, pursuant to bid specifications
previously submitted and in possession of the Town Clerk of the
Town of Queensbury, and
WHEREAS, Staples Business Advantage, Inc., submitted the
lowest bid for the aforementioned office supplies in the total
amount of $ 10,394.69, and
WHEREAS, Darleen M. Dougher, Town Clerk, has recommended that
the bid be awarded to the aforesaid lowest bidder,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury,
Warren County, New York, hereby awards the bids for the
aforementioned office supplies to Staples Business Advantage, Inc.,
and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that said supplies are to be paid for from the
General Office Supplies Account.
Duly adopted this 15th day of December, 1997, by the following
vote:
