RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT BID FOR PURCHASE OF
1998 MAINTENANCE PRODUCTS

WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION
SECONDED BY: Mr. Theodore Turner
WHEREAS, the Director of Purchasing for the Town of Queensbury, Warren
County, New York, duly advertised for bids for a continuous supply of maintenance
products on a demand basis for use by all Town Departments, pursuant to bid
specifications previously submitted and in possession of the Town Clerk of the Town of
Queensbury, and
WHEREAS, Sofco, Inc., submitted the lowest bid for the aforementioned products,
and
WHEREAS, Darleen M. Dougher, Town Clerk, has therefore recommended that the
bid be awarded to Sofco, Inc.,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury, hereby awards the
bids for the aforementioned maintenance products to Sofco, Inc., and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that said products are to be paid for from the appropriate departmental
accounts for maintenance products.
