RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PAYMENT FOR SERVICES OF
J. KENNETH FRASER AND ASSOCIATES, P.C.
CONCERNING ENGINEERING SERVICES IN CONNECTION WITH THE
QUEENSBURY FOREST SUBDIVISION

WHEREAS, by Town Board Resolution No. 230, 1997, the Town
Board of the Town of Queensbury authorized engagement of J. Kenneth
Fraser and Associates, P.C., to provide engineering services in
connection with the study, design and construction of drainage
improvements to the Queensbury Forest Subdivision for an amount not
to exceed $7,500, and
WHEREAS, additional work was also authorized at an hourly
rate, and
WHEREAS, J. Kenneth Fraser and Associates, P.C., has submitted
an invoice exceeding the $7,500 amount by $2,670.31 for its hourly
work, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury desires to
pay J. Kenneth Fraser and Associates, P.C., for the additional
amount,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor to execute the necessary
documentation to ensure payment from the 1997 Town Budget.

vote:
