RESOLUTION APPOINTING PLANNING BOARD CHAIRMAN

WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury has
previously established the Planning Board of the Town of
Queensbury, and
WHEREAS, the Planning Board has recommended that Mr. Craig
MacEwan be appointed as the Planning Board Chairman,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
approves of the designation of Mr. Craig MacEwan as Chairman of the
Town of Queensbury Planning Board, pursuant to Town Law.
Duly adopted this 1st day of January, 1998, by the following
vote:
AYES : Mr. Tucker, Mr. Merrill, Mr. Turner, Mr. Irish, Mr.
