RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING MILEAGE ALLOWANCE

RESOLVED, that pursuant to §116 of the Town Law of the State
of New York, the sum of $.30 per mile be and hereby is allowed for
the actual and necessary use of the personal automobile of any Town
Official in the performance of his or her duties.
Duly adopted this 1st day of January, 1998, by the following
