RESOLUTION APPROVING PURCHASING PROCEDURES FOR 1998

WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury previously adopted a Purchasing
Policy, entitled "Town of Queensbury Purchasing Procedures", in accordance with the provisions of
the General Municipal Law, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury is desirous of reviewing said policy
and approving the policy as part of its organizational meeting each year,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby approves the
Purchasing Procedures of the Town of Queensbury and adopts the same for the year 1998.
Duly adopted this 1st day of January, l998, by the following vote:
