RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF GENTRY LANE
LOCATED IN THE BAYBRIDGE SUBDIVISION

WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, Valente Builders has offered a deed to dedicate Gentry Lane located in the
Baybridge Subdivision to the Town of Queensbury, which is more particularly described in the survey
map presented at this meeting, and
WHEREAS, Paul Naylor, Town Highway Superintendent, Ralph VanDusen, Temporary
Water Superintendent and John Goralski, Executive Director of Community Development have
recommended acceptance of this road, and
WHEREAS, the form of the deed and title to the road offered for dedication has been
reviewed and approved by Town Counsel,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the aforementioned deed for dedication of Gentry Lane is hereby accepted
and approved and the Town Supervisor is hereby authorized to execute, sign and affix the Town seal
to any and all documents necessary to complete the transaction, and that the Town Clerk is hereby
authorized and directed to cause said deed to be recorded in the Warren County Clerk's Office, after
which time said deed shall be properly filed and maintained in the Office of the Town Clerk of the
Town of Queensbury, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the road be hereby added to the official inventory of Town Highways to be
described as follows:
Road Number: 518
Description: That highway (or portion thereof) (or to be known as) Gentry Lane
beginning at Bay Bridge Drive and continuing in a southerly direction
a distance of 400’ and .08 hundredths of a mile and ending at a dead
end.
