RESOLUTION RE-APPOINTING TOWN CONTROLLER TO TWO YEAR TERM
RESOLUTION NO. 21. 98

WHO MOVED FOR ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 195,97, the Town Board of the Town
of Queensbury appointed Mr. Henry Hess to the position of Town
Controller, with such appointment to expire January 1, 1998
pursuant to Town Law, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury wishes to
re-appoint Mr. Hess as Town Controller for another two year term,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury, in
accordance with the authority provided by Town Law §20, hereby re-
appoints Mr. Henry Hess to the position of Town Controller, with
his term to expire January 1, 2000.
Duly adopted this 1st day of January, 1998 by the following
vote:
