RESOLUTION ADOPTING ORGANIZATIONAL CHART
FOR WATER AND WASTEWATER DEPARTMENTS

WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION
SECONDED BY: Mr. Douglas Irish
WHEREAS, Ralph VanDusen, Water Superintendent, has developed an organizational chart
for use in the Queensbury Water and Wastewater Departments and has requested that the Town Board
of the Town of Queensbury formally adopt the chart for use by the Water and Wastewater
Departments, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury has reviewed the chart and wishes
to adopt it for use in the Water and Wastewater Departments,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby adopts the Water and
Wastewater Department organizational chart presented at this meeting and hereby authorizes and
directs the Water Superintendent to use the chart as a guide for the Water and Wastewater
Departments.
