RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING UNPAID MEDICAL LEAVE

WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, Kathryn Haas, a cleaner in the Building and Grounds Department, has requested
that she be allowed to take a one month, unpaid medical leave of absence, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury has considered this request and has
determined that it is appropriate to grant Ms. Haas the leave of absence,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby authorizes a one
month, unpaid medical leave of absence to Kathryn Haas.
