RESOLUTION ENGAGING GENERAL ENGINEERING SERVICES OF
NACE ENGINEERING, P.C.

WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury wishes to engage the services of a
professional engineering firm to provide general engineering services to the Town and be available to
assist the Town Board and various Town Departments with miscellaneous projects on an “as needed”
basis, and

WHEREAS, Nace Engineering P.C., in their letter dated April 27, 1998 has offered to
provide the desired general engineering services, at a cost of $65 per hour for engineering time, $36
per hour for drafting time, and reimbursable expenses to be billed at cost,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby authorizes the
engagement of Nace Engineering, P.C. to provide the general engineering services described above for

the fees delineated in their letter dated April 27, 1998 presented at this meeting, to be paid for from
the appropriate account, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the fee for engineering services shall not exceed the total amount of $1,500
without further Town Board approval, and
BE IT FURTHER
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury authorizes and directs the
Town Supervisor to execute any forms or agreements in form approved by Town Counsel, necessary
to effectuate this Resolution.
