RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING INSTALLATION OF
FOUR (4) STREET LIGHTS ALONG BIG BOOM ROAD

WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury wishes to arrange for the placement
of four (4) street lights along Big Boom Road in Queensbury,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby approves of the
installation of four (4) 150 watt high pressure sodium lights (16,000 lumens) at Niagara Mohawk Pole
#’s: 21, 23, 25 and 27 along Big Boom Road in the Town of Queensbury, with payment for the
lighting to be from the appropriate Town account,and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury further authorizes and directs
the Town Supervisor’s Office to make all necessary installation arrangements with Niagara Mohawk
Power Corporation.
