TO LOCATE A MOBILE HOME OUTSIDE OF A MOBILE HOME COURT
FOR DAVID KELLEY, BIG BAY ROAD, QUEENSBURY

WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury regulates mobile homes outside of mobile home parks
pursuant to §113-12 of the Code of the Town of Queensbury, and
WHEREAS, David Kelley filed an application for a "Mobile Home Outside a Mobile Home
Court" Revocable Permit, in accordance with said §113-12 of the Code of the Town of Queensbury, to
locate a mobile home at property situated at Big Bay Road, Queensbury, New York 12804, and

WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury held a public hearing on July 6,
1998 with regard to the aforesaid permit,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby authorizes the issuance
of a revocable permit to David Kelley in accordance with the terms and provisions of §113-12 of the
Code of the Town of Queensbury, such permit to be valid for a period of two (2) years.
