WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury regulates mobile homes outside of mobile home courts
pursuant to §113-12 of the Code of the Town of Queensbury, and
WHEREAS, Regina Himes filed an application for a "Mobile Home Outside a Mobile Home
Court" Revocable Permit, in accordance with said §113-12 of the Code of the Town of Queensbury, to
locate a mobile home at property situated at 31 Minnesota Avenue, Queensbury, New York 12804,
and
WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury held a public hearing concerning

this application on September 21, 1998,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby authorizes the issuance
of a revocable permit to Regina Himes in accordance with the terms and provisions of §113-12 of the
Code of the Town of Queensbury.
