RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING NEW CAPITAL PROJECT FUND
#115 FOR CONSTRUCTION OF STORAGE BUILDING

WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury wishes to establish a Capital Project
Fund to pay for the construction of a storage building,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby authorizes and directs
the establishment of a Capital Project Fund to be known as Capital Project Fund #115, which Fund will
establish funding for the construction of a storage building not included in the 1998 Town Budget, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby establishes initial
appropriations for the new Capital Project Fund #115 in the amount of $100,000 with detailed
appropriations to be set by Town Board Resolution prior to the start of the project and further
authorizes the transfer of funds to the project from the 1998 Appropriation Account #001-9950-9000
Interfund Transfers, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby authorizes and directs
the Town Controller to transfer funds, amend the 1998 Town Budget and take such other and further

action necessary to effectuate the terms and provisions of this Resolution.
