RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING REQUEST OF WARREN COUNTY
TO PAVE BIG BOOM ROAD
RESOLUTION NO.: 397.98

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Supervisor is authorized to request the Warren County
Department of Public Works Superintendent to pave Big Boom Road, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the paving shall be paid for from the Ward IV Capital Project for road work
and drainage at a cost not to exceed $30,000, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that this Resolution is subject to New York State Department of Environmental
Conservation authorization and Town Counsel verification of legality with the Civil Service Employees
Association Contract.
