RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
TOWN OF QUEENSBURY AND THE CHAPMAN MUSEUM

WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury wishes to enter into an agreement with the Chapman
Historical Museum, and
WHEREAS, a proposed agreement in form approved by Town Counsel has been prepared and
presented at this meeting,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby authorizes and directs
the Town Supervisor to execute the Agreement with the Chapman Historical Museum with funding for
this Agreement to be paid for from the appropriate Town account.
