RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CONTRACT WITH THE
IACA WORLD AWARENESS CHILDREN'S MUSEUM

WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury wishes to contract with the IACA World Awareness
Children's Museum for the year 1999, and
WHEREAS, a proposed Agreement in form approved by Town Counsel has been prepared
and presented at this meeting,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby authorizes and directs
the Town Supervisor to execute the Agreement with the IACA World Awareness Children’s Museum
with funding for this Agreement to be paid for from the appropriate Town account.
