RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT BID FOR 1999 OFFICE SUPPLIES
RESOLUTION NO. 446.98

WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, Darleen Dougher, Town Purchasing Agent, duly advertised for bids for office
supplies for the year 1999 in accordance with previously submitted bid specifications, and
WHEREAS, Staples Business Advantage, Inc., submitted the lowest and only bid for the office
supplies for the amount of $ 12,694.73, and
WHEREAS, Darleen Dougher, Town Clerk, has recommended that the Town Board award
the bid to Staples Business Advantage, Inc.,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby awards the bids for
office supplies for the year 1999 to Staples Business Advantage, Inc. for an amount not to exceed
$12,694.73, to be paid for from the appropriate account.
