RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ENGAGEMENT OF
CONVENIENT MEDICAL CARE, P.C., TO PERFORM SUBSTANCE
TESTING SERVICES FOR THE TOWN OF QUEENSBURY

WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury wishes to engage the services of
Convenient Medical Care, P.C. to perform substance testing services for the Town for 1999 in
accordance with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSR), and
WHEREAS, Convenient Medical Care, P.C., has offered to provide these services in
accordance with the terms and provisions of their agreement presented at this meeting, and
WHEREAS, the agreement is in form approved by Town Counsel,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby approves and
authorizes the engagement of Convenient Medical Care, P.C., to perform substance testing services for
1999, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor to
execute the agreement with Convenient Medical Care, P.C. presented at this meeting and costs for the
substance testing services shall be paid for from the appropriate accounts.
