RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
TOWN OF QUEENSBURY AND VOLUNTARY ACTION CENTER
RESOLUTION NO. 464 .98

WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury wishes to enter into an Agreement with the Voluntary
Action Center, and
WHEREAS, a proposed agreement has been prepared in form approved by Town Counsel and
presented at this meeting,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby authorizes and directs
the Town Supervisor to execute the Agreement with the Voluntary Action Center with funding for
this Agreement to be paid for from the appropriate Town account.
