RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING HIRING OF PART-TIME CLERK TO
WORK IN TOWN CLERK/TAX RECEIVER’S OFFICE

WHEREAS, Darleen Dougher, Town Clerk/Tax Receiver, recently advertised for a part-time
Clerk to work in the Town Clerk/Tax Receiver’s Office, and
WHEREAS, Ms. Dougher reviewed resumes, interviewed candidates and has made a hiring
recommendation to the Town Board,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby authorizes and directs
Darleen Dougher, Town Clerk/Tax Receiver, to hire Nancy Dwyer as a part-time Clerk to work in the
Town Clerk/Tax Receiver’s Office, subject to a six-month probation period, effective Tuesday,

December 22, 1998 at the hourly wage of $9 to be paid for from the appropriate account, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board hereby authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor and/or
Town Controller to complete any forms and take any action necessary to effectuate the terms of this
Resolution.
