RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING MILEAGE ALLOWANCE

WHEREAS, §116 of the New York State Town Law requires the Town Board to establish a
mileage allowance for the use of a Town employee’s personal automobile in the performance of the
employee’s duties,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, in accordance with §116 of the New York State Town Law, the Town Board of

the Town of Queensbury hereby establishes the amount of 31 per mile to be allowed for the actual
and necessary use of a Town employee’s personal automobile in the performance of the employee’s
duties.
