RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AMENDMENTS TO THE TOWN OF
QUEENSBURY EMPLOYEE HANDBOOK
RESOLUTION NO.: 27, 1999

SECONDED BY: MR. RICHARD MERRILL
WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury wishes to adopt changes to
Sections 701, 704 and 705 of its Employee Handbook concerning Health Insurance, Prescription
Insurance and Holidays, and
WHEREAS, the proposed changes have been presented at this meeting and are in form
approved by the Town Controller and Town Counsel,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby adopts the
amendments to Sections 701, 704 and 705 of its Employee Handbook concerning Health Insurance,
Prescription Insurance and Holidays as presented at this meeting, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury further authorizes and directs
the Town Supervisor’s Office to distribute copies of these changes to all Town employees and amend
the Employee Handbook accordingly.
