RESOLUTION APPOINTING QUEENSBURY TOWN BOARD MEMBERS
AS MEMBERS/DIRECTORS OF THE QUEENSBURY ECONOMIC
DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION

WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION
SECONDED BY: MR. DOUGLAS IRISH
WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury previously created a not-for-profit
corporation known as the Queensbury Economic Development Corporation (QEDC), and
WHEREAS, the Directors/Members of the QEDC recently resigned, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board wishes to appoint themselves as the QEDC Members/Directors
on an interim basis until such time that the Town Board appoints new Directors,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby appoints the members
of the Queensbury Town Board as Directors/Members of the Queensbury Economic Development
Corporation on an interim basis until such time as the Town Board appoints new Directors to the
QEDC.
