ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS

WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury previously established the Town of Queensbury Zoning
Board of Appeals in accordance with applicable New York State law, and
WHEREAS, Brian Custer recently resigned from the Zoning Board and the Town Board
wishes to appoint a replacement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby appoints Charles
McNulty to serve as a member of the Queensbury Zoning Board of Appeals, such term to expire on

December 31, 2003.
