WHEREAS, the Adirondack Nautilus, Ltd., has requested permission to place a canopy on the
grounds of the Town of Queensbury Courthouse Lawn on Glenwood Avenue for their Annual 5K

Races scheduled for Saturday, May 15, 1999 and Saturday, August 14, 1999, and
WHEREAS, Adirondack Nautilus, Ltd., has provided a Certificate of Liability Insurance
naming the Town as an additional insured party,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby authorizes the
Adirondack Nautilus, Ltd., to place a canopy on the Town of Queensbury Courthouse Lawn on

Glenwood Avenue on May 15, 1999 and August 14, 1999, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury further directs that
Adirondack Nautilus, Ltd. shall have the responsibility to clean and/or repair the site after each race.
