083.99 RESOLUTION APPROVING TRANSIENT MERCHANT/TRANSIENT MERCHANT MARKET LICENSE FOR NAOMI POLITO RESOLUTION NO.: 83. 99 INTRODUCED BY: Mr. Douglas Irish WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION SECONDED BY: Mr. Pliney Tucker WHEREAS, Naomi Polito has submitted an application to the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury for a Transient Merchant/Transient Merchant Market License to conduct a transient thth merchant market from June 7, 1999 through June 13, 1999 to sell motorcycle products at 1652 State Route 9, Queensbury from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 160 of the Queensbury Town Code, and th WHEREAS, on February 16, 1999, the Town of Queensbury Planning Board adopted a Resolution recommending approval of Ms. Polito’s application, and th WHEREAS, on or about February 10, 1999, the Warren County Planning Board also recommended approval of Ms. Polito’s application with the condition that Ms. Polito coordinate traffic control with the Warren County Sheriff’s Department, and WHEREAS, Notice of Public Hearing was published and the Town Board duly conducted a th public hearing concerning this application on March 15, 1999, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury, upon reviewing the requirements set forth in §160-8 of the Code of the Town of Queensbury, hereby grants a Transient Merchant/ Transient Merchant Market License to Naomi Polito to conduct a transient merchant market to sell motorcycle products in the parking lot located at 1652 State Route 9, Queensbury, subject to the following: 1. Ms. Polito must pay all fees as required by Chapter 160 of the Code of the Town of Queensbury; 2. Ms. Polito must submit a bond in the amount of $10,000 as required by Chapter 160 of the Code of the Town of Queensbury; 3. Ms. Polito must submit proof of authorization to do business in New York and authorization of agent to receive service of summons or other legal process in New York; thth 4. The License shall be valid only from June 7 through June 13, 1999 from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., and the license shall expire immediately thereafter; 5. This approval is conditioned upon Ms. Polito coordinating traffic control with the Warren County Sheriff’s Department; 6. The Transient Merchant License shall not be assignable; and 7.
