WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury previously adopted Resolution No.:
59,1999 which Resolution authorized Warren County to prepare a change order for Warren County’s
contractor to encase one of the Town of Queensbury’s sewer lines with a sleeve to protect it from the
additional load of the new bikeway bridge to be constructed over Route 254 (Quaker Road), and
WHEREAS, the Town Board wishes to rescind this Resolution until the Board receives further
information from Warren County,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby rescinds Resolution
No.: 59, 1999, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor and/or
Director of Wastewater to take any and all action necessary to effectuate the terms of this Resolution.
