105.99 RESOLUTION REFERRING APPLICATION FOR TRANSIENT MERCHANT/TRANSIENT MERCHANT MARKET FOR TERRY ROBBINS ON BEHALF OF DEXTER SHOES TO TOWN PLANNING BOARD RESOLUTION NO.: 105, 99 INTRODUCED BY: Mr. Pliney Tucker WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION SECONDED BY: Mr. Theodore Turner WHEREAS, Terry Robbins, on behalf of Dexter Shoes, has applied to the Queensbury Town Board for a Transient Merchant/Transient Merchant Market License to conduct a transient merchant thth market from June 9 through June 12, 1999 to display 3-wheel conversions for motorcycles in the parking lot located at 1499 State Route 9, Queensbury, and WHEREAS, in accordance with Queensbury Town Code Chapter 160, the Town Board must refer the application to the Town’s Planning Board for site plan review, and WHEREAS, following the Planning Board’s recommendation, the Town Board will review the application and take any other necessary action, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby authorizes and directs the Queensbury Town Clerk to forward Terry Robbins’ application for a Transient Merchant/Transient Merchant Market License as referenced above to the Queensbury Planning Board for site plan review and recommendation, and BE IT FURTHER, RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby indicates its wish to be lead agency for SEQRA review of this project and directs that the Department of Community Development notify any other involved agencies of this designation. th Duly adopted this 5 day of April, 1999, by the following vote: AYES : Mr. Turner, Mr. Irish, Mr. Tucker, Mr. Merrill, Mr. Champagne NOES : None ABSENT: None
