RESOLUTION ADDING “DUKE INDUSTRIAL PARK ROAD” TO LIST OF
TOWN PRIVATE DRIVEWAYS AND ROAD NAMES

WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 434.95, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury adopted
a list of names for private driveways and roads in the Town in connection with the 911 addressing
system, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board wishes to add “Duke Industrial Park Road” to its list of private
driveways and road names,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby adds “Duke Industrial
Park Road” off Bay Road to its list of private driveways and roads in the Town of Queensbury, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Town Highway
Department to arrange for installation of the necessary pole and street sign identifying Duke Industrial
Park Road, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that any expenses associated with this Resolution shall be paid for from the
appropriate account.
