RESOLUTION AMENDING RES. 104,99 REGARDING PURCHASE ORDER

WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 104,99, the Queensbury Town Board authorized a purchase
order for engagement of the services of M. Caputo & Associates, Inc. for TV inspection and cleaning
of sanitary sewer mains in the Town of Queensbury, and
WHEREAS, the Town Controller’s Office has advised that two of the account codes listed in
the Resolution were incorrect,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby amends Resolution
No. 104,99 such that the account codes shall read as follows:
