WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 158.99, the Queensbury Town Board authorized an

amendment to the Town Budget, and
WHEREAS, the Town Controller’s Office has advised that the Resolution should have

amended the Town Budget,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby amends Resolution
1998
No. 158.99 to authorize amendment of the Town Budget.
