TRAFFIC OFFICER (CROSSING GUARD) ON “AS NEEDED” BASIS

WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury wishes to appoint Richard
Hermance to the position of School Traffic Officer (Crossing Guard) on an “as needed” basis,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby appoints Richard

Hermance as School Traffic Officer (Crossing Guard) on an “as needed” basis effective May 3, 1999,
at the current rate of pay for the School Traffic Officer (Crossing Guard) position to be paid from the
appropriate payroll account, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board hereby authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor and/or
Town Controller’s Office to complete any forms necessary to effectuate the terms of this Resolution.
