WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury has received an updated appraisal
prepared by Alvey & Cote, Ltd., of property owned by Andrew McCormack and located in the vicinity
of Equinox Drive, and
WHEREAS, Alvey & Cote, Ltd. updated this appraisal for the amount of $300,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby authorizes payment to
Alvey & Cote, Ltd. for updating of appraisal of property owned by Andrew McCormack and located
in the vicinity of Equinox Drive of the amount of $300, to be paid for from the appropriate account.
