TOWN OF QUEENSBURY CEMETERY COMMISSION

WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury previously established the Town of Queensbury
Cemetery Commission in accordance with applicable New York State law, and
WHEREAS, the term of Cemetery Commission member Theresa Higgins will expire on June

30, 1999 and Ms. Higgins wishes to be re-appointed to the Commission,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby re-appoints Theresa
Higgins to serve as a member of the Town of Queensbury Cemetery Commission until such term

expires on June 21, 2002.
